1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 777sp ("777sp", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the 777sp website, mobile browser platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using 777sp in any capacity, you agree to these Terms and all policies referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. 3. Account Registration & KYC

3.1 Registration

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

777sp accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposit processing times vary by payment method but typically credit to your 777sp wallet within 30 minutes. 777sp does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. A completed KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. 4.3 Currency

All account balances on 777sp are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment method requires currency conversion (e.g., USDT or Skrill), the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction will apply. 777sp is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 777sp are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. The following general rules apply across all 777sp products:

• Bets once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled by the user, except where 777sp's specific sporting event cancellation policies apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777sp Platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of account balance:

• Using the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or deceptive purpose.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets through collusion, use of automated software, bots, or any artificial intelligence.
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing another individual to operate your account.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using 777sp for money laundering purposes.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or otherwise interfering with the technical operation of the Platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design, trademarks, and materials on the 777sp Platform — including but not limited to the 777sp name, logo, game interfaces, and written content — are the intellectual property of 777sp or its licensors. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used for any commercial purpose without express written permission from 777sp. Game content supplied by third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, and other studio partners) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is used by 777sp under licence.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777sp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or interruption of service. 777sp's aggregate liability to any user in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. 10. Account Suspension & Termination

777sp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its discretion, including where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) KYC verification cannot be completed satisfactorily; (c) fraudulent activity is suspected; (d) legal or regulatory requirements so demand; or (e) the user requests account closure. Upon closure of a verified account in good standing, any remaining balance after deduction of any outstanding bonus obligations will be refunded via the user's registered withdrawal method.
